Our vision

We will advance the business management knowledge and personal skills of Mongolian small and medium-sized businesses and start-ups, leading them to growth and success.

BPN activities

We support entrepreneurs and their employees in developing productivity, product and service quality, creating an environment focused on value and sustainability, and realizing their corporate vision. BPN's activities include business consulting Coaching It has three main areas: business academy, and business community.

The Business Academy offers courses that provide you with the fundamental business knowledge to support you in successfully managing your business. By applying the knowledge you gain through the courses offered within our program, you will be able to manage your business professionally. Our practice-based courses are easier to implement in your daily activities.

Program participants complete the courses in a free defined sequence.
The Business Academy offers four core classroom training sessions, each lasting two to three days, delivered throughout the program:

Business Owners’ Association

BPN program participants can continue to participate in the activities of the BPN Entrepreneurs' Community even after completing the program.

As part of the community's activities, members organize meetings and events to share business experiences with each other, as well as interesting presentations and short training sessions by domestic and foreign experts.

The business community also regularly organizes "Business Trips" that provide opportunities to visit and gain experience at leading Swiss companies.

In addition, meetings are organized to familiarize themselves with the production and activities of domestic or program participating members, providing an opportunity for members to exchange knowledge, experience, and ideas.  

BPN program participants, after successfully completing the core program, can continue to participate in the activities as members of the community, which provides free business management advice and Coaching have the right to receive.

The association operates on a fixed annual membership fee.
