BPN (short for Business Professionals Network) is a non-profit organization based in Switzerland, founded in 1999 by entrepreneur Jürg Opprecht.

We contribute to a more sustainable and productive economy by supporting small and medium-sized enterprises that are eager to grow. Our organization’s goal is to create jobs and develop value-added businesses in the countries where the program is implemented. BPN currently operates in Kyrgyzstan, Nicaragua, Rwanda, Mongolia, and Uganda.

Programs and training

The training, training schedule and prices developed by the Foundation are posted on the website. Users can register and purchase for the training/seminar/event of interest. Discounts are available for participants in the Foundation's programs and in some cases, this will be discussed in advance.

Payment terms

Payment for paid services of the Fund shall be made in the following ways:

1. • Online payment (for companies and individuals) – using a bank card. The bank details are entered directly on the bank's website, so the information is fully secure.
   • After registering for the training/event, users will pay via bank transfer (for companies and individuals) according to the invoice that will be sent.

Return

Participants in training events have the right to request a refund one business day before the start of the event. The refund will be transferred to the bank account specified by the user.

Return conditions:

• To request a refund, please notify a company employee in advance and send the invoice number, seminar/event date, and reason for return to the company's info@bpn.mn address.

Return Policy:

• If the user requests to cancel the training 1 business day before the start of the event, BPN Mongolia will refund 100% of the payment made by the user.

• BPN Mongolia will transfer the payment back to the user's account within 10 business days.
