From 2025 to 2027, BPN will collaborate with PUM to provide specialized technical assistance to Rwandan entrepreneurs across key sectors such as hospitality , agriculture , construction , fashion , and creative arts . Through this partnership , PUM will offer expert-level support , onsite and remotely , while BPN will facilitate connections , logistics , and local accommodations . Together , both parties will work to match SMEs with the right expertise , strengthening their technical capabilities and business potential without any financial obligation from the entrepreneurs .
