In partnership with ITG BV, BPN supported a multi-phase investment readiness program designed to strengthen Rwandan SMEs through coaching , training , and technical guidance . BPN conducted initial scans of potential businesses and supported entrepreneurs in shaping robust investment propositions . As entrepreneurs progressed , cost-sharing agreements were established between BPN, ITG, and the SMEs to ensure in- depth research and implementation support. ITG focused on fund acquisition and provided specialized advisory services in areas such as export promotion and financial modeling . Both organizations also jointly prepared blended finance proposals to further resource the program .
