BPN has launched a new training course for entrepreneurs on the topic of "Easy Contract & Successful Negotiation" led by René Lüchsinger, Master of Business Administration (HWZ) at the Zurich University of Economics and Business Administration, and Stefan Hofer, a lawyer from BPN's Expert Pool and a Master of Arts from the University of Bern.
The training provided valuable knowledge and experience on how to successfully negotiate in all situations, optimize relationships with suppliers, learn effective sales strategies, how to draft contracts within a legal framework, how to structure contracts, how to read contracts, how to recognize and avoid fraudsters, when to seek professional legal assistance, and the types of company ownership or investment, their rights and obligations, and more.
