Principal of “Monte Rosa” School, program participant: B. Orgil
Monte Rosa School has been participating in the Swiss BPN Foundation program since 2018 and has signed a cooperation agreement.
Under this empowerment program, organized by BPN
• “Financial Management”
• “Leading the crowd together”
• “Criminal Management”
• “Time Management”
We are improving personal and professional skills by involving school administrators, managers, and teachers in business administration training. Our school's specialty is the additional curriculum courses, which include ethics courses, financial education, writing assignments, and project courses, which are included in the Swiss and German educational programs, which is the main reason why we work with Swiss organizations. Currently, we have 3 Swiss-invested organizations, 4 primary and secondary schools, and many teachers, educators, and Swiss consultants in teaching methods and management.

I would like to emphasize here that the beginning of all this was the result of participating in the Business Travel Program organized by the BPN community in the spring of 2019. Within the framework of the program, we were able to get acquainted with the activities of many small and medium-sized enterprises in Switzerland and gain experience. In addition to the program, I continued my educational journey with the support of my then school advisor Peter Aisslinger.
BPN Mongolia Branch Director E. Marcus, who thoroughly understood the characteristics of our school and the principles of a non-profit business, connected us with Swiss Contact and SEC. We have been working with Swiss Consulting Director B. Andrea for the past 2 years to date to support the improvement of teaching methods, pedagogy and other professional skills of our teachers and educators, as well as to improve the internal operations and management of the school, within the framework of the “School Development Model” we developed.

In 2018, our school jointly organized the “Human-Centered Society and Ethics” forum with the National University of Mongolia, the Swiss BPN Foundation, and the World Mongolian Ethnic and Motherhood Association, where Director E. Marcus gave a presentation on “Business Ethics.” We are also always grateful for being invited as guests to the “Swiss One Day” and the “Essay Championship” English and German language competitions, which are part of the school’s internal activities.

I am also happy that I can contact BPN for help and support at any time in the field of finance and management. Looking back on the results of our cooperation, the memories we had together, and the dialogues we had, I understand and realize what great opportunities and possibilities the BPN Foundation team has opened up for us, what a bridge and organization that has illuminated our path.

Behind all this, we would like to wish all the best and best to the employees of the BPN Foundation in Mongolia and the entire organization's team, who are responsible for the organization and perfect execution, and who are kind, friendly, very close, and sincere to each client organization. Thank you very much for setting a good example for many small and medium-sized businesses in Mongolia of how an international organization can work without privilege, very simply, friendly, open, and without bureaucracy.
