Business Academy
BPN’s “Business Academy” offers business management training courses based on the Swiss systematic methodology to entrepreneurs. As the situation after the prolonged Covid-19 pandemic has returned to normal, we have resumed organizing all our training courses in the classroom within our Business Academy. This year, we have successfully organized 11 training courses for entrepreneurs, 4 for organizations and communities, and 6 training courses under the “Development Program-2” joint venture with Khan Bank, for a total of 21 training courses.
Specifically, we successfully organized 4 main BPN training courses for directors: “Business Management” training twice, “Financial Management”, “Marketing” and “Team Management” training once each. In addition to the main training courses, we offer additional training courses for program participants and business owners. The most popular training courses, “Time Management”, and the newly offered “Defining a Unique Sales Proposition” were organized with more than 200 participants in a comfortable environment, with the knowledge and skills of foreign experts, and the skillful organization of a friendly team.
We successfully organized training on “Attitude Management” and “Organizational Ethics” specifically for our program participants to address one of the pressing issues in our society, namely, having the “RIGHT ATTITUDE.” We also successfully organized a training on “Organizational Vision” to provide employees with the opportunity to jointly define the vision of their organization and become pioneers in the development of their company.
The “Development Program-2” with Khan Bank lasted for 1 month and during this period, 6 new training topics were offered. For example, the masterclasses “Branding” and “Finding More Customers” by BPN Expert Pool Consultant Markus Kramer were new training courses within the project. The participants who participated in this program were very satisfied, emphasizing that the content was rich, well-organized, and they could directly apply what they learned in real life.
