The business trip organized by the BPN Business Association was held in September 2022. Last year's trip was attended by 9 business owners from the healthcare, tourism, trade and services, food, construction materials, and clothing industries.
The purpose of this trip is for entrepreneurs to visit Swiss factories similar to their own, meet with company executives, and learn about their successful experiences.
It has been a while since the team returned from the trip, and on January 25, 2023, we organized a meeting to share our experiences and thoughts. During the meeting, our entrepreneurs shared with others what were the important things they learned during the trip and how they are implementing the lessons they learned in their companies. For example, one entrepreneur has started to greet customers as soon as they enter. Another entrepreneur shared how productivity has increased by making rational changes to the company's structure and organization.
One entrepreneur, however, said that they are now paying more attention to branding, an aspect that they had previously neglected. The entrepreneurs who participated in the trip also expressed their desire to participate in BPN's business trips again to gain more positive experiences.
