Tsegmed Bumtsend, General Director of Chiglel LLC

Chiglel LLC was first established in 1990 as Chiglel Cooperative to operate in the field of repair and installation of household appliances and catering equipment.

Today, with 2 factories, 4 branch stores, a repair and order service department, and over 100 employees, we have been operating in the field of food and food processing equipment production, sales, and maintenance services for the 31st consecutive year under the motto "Let's create development together."

I graduated as an equipment repairman by profession and have many years of experience, but I found it difficult to successfully manage and continue my business. However, by participating in the BPN program, I acquired the necessary business management knowledge, combined what I learned in theory and practice, learned more about teamwork, and worked on my own mistakes and saw things from a bigger picture, which I think was a major impetus for my success in a short time.

“There are no bad employees, only bad managers,” I often tell myself. Through trainings such as “Time Management” and “Team Management,” I have been able to expand my knowledge on many topics, such as how to recognize people and assign them to different jobs. I am personally very grateful to BPN’s talented team, friendly relations, and comfortable training organization for learning knowledge that is not taught in any university in a short time, and for taking my business to this level.

By participating in the BPN program, I was able to create many advantages and implement them in my own business.

Through BPN training, I have come to understand that managing your business professionally is the key to achieving success in a short period of time. Rather than trying to do something on your own, and trying to figure out how to do it, I believe that getting training and advice from a professional organization is not only more efficient and effective, but also saves a lot of time.

As part of the BPN organization's 10th anniversary celebration, it was great to meet with fellow entrepreneurs from all the program participants, share our thoughts, and reminisce about the past ten years.

If you want to achieve something, it's important to start right now, without putting it off until later, without using your difficulties and weaknesses as excuses, but rather by looking at your strengths and using them.

My advice to young entrepreneurs is that there will be many times when you will be discouraged, but as long as you define your goals correctly and are loyal and persistent towards them, you will achieve success.
